Privacy Policy

Upon opening a ticket, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The Terms are presumed to have been accepted when a ticket is opened. If you receive communication from us other than through our ticket system, it is probably a scam. We will only engage with you through this method.

Your project order is not obligated to be accepted by us. It is always expected that payment for the agreed-upon project will be made in advance (at least 50%). We are happy to work with middlemen.

You will be committed to the project and provide essential information on time.

If the project takes longer than anticipated or if your original instructions change, we reserve the right to increase the price.

Once we've begun working on the job, we can't give you a refund.

You are not permitted to use or distribute any sketches, mock-ups, or previews we send prior to the final product without our consent. A dispute over the deal will follow.

Your ticket must be used for all communications. You may not speak with our employees directly. By doing this, we lose all control over any transaction that takes place away from the ticket.

If any of the Terms are broken, we reserve the right to stop providing service and canceling payments.
